Pioneer in publishing photographically illustrated books, including: Ed. Fétis, "L'Oeuvre de Pierre-Paul Rubens", 2 vols 1858-1860, illustrated with photographs by Leba (1858) and Radoux (1860); Wilhelm Bürger, "Le Musée d'Anvers", 1861, containing 40 albumen prints, reproductions of paintings, by Edmond Fierlants. Agency for photographs, in particular those of Edmond Fierlants.
