There are two Paris-based makers of stereo views active in the 1860s and early 1870s who may possibly be the author of this print: Noël Paul Chapus (1832 - 1903) or Nicolas Pierre Collin (1820 - after 1874). Neither Chapus nor Collin is yet known to have taken or marketed Belgian subjects.
