Founded on 20.9.1875 by engineer-chemist "Alexandre" Jean Nicolas Marie Neujean (° Liège, 25.10.1838; + Liège, 13.12.1888) and industrialist Louis Joseph "Emile" Delaite (° Liège, 15.12.1835; + Liège, 11.9.1898). Already advertising photographic supplies in November 1875 (La Meuse, 20.11.1875). Still advertising here in March 1890.
