° 23.12.1856; + 4.9.1924. Artillery captain, then commander. Landscapes. Drew up a report for the "Société d'Etudes coloniales" on the technical requirements and equipment needed for photography in the Congo, published in the Bulletin of the ABP, 1896, pp. 605-611. Won third prize in a competition organised by the ABP under the patronage of the "Automobile Club de Belgique" in 1902. A certain Mlle Madeleine Peltzer won a second prize in the same competition. First president of the photographic section of the "Aéro-Club de Belgique" in 1907. Still a member of the ABP in 1922.
