° 2.3.1868; + 3.5.1938. Lieutenant and then captain, from 1912. Secretary of the Liège section of the ABP, 1911-1913. Member of the "Photo-Club d'Anvers". On active service during World War I after his promotion to captain-commander. During his leisure time at the front, he organised art exhibitions, including one at the "Hôpital de Beveren-sur-Yser" with his own photographs in April 1918. Remained active throughout the interwar period.
