The town house at this address was designed in moorish-style Art Nouveau by architect Julien Welvaert and constructed for Pharasyn in 1911. A photograph dated 1912 and featuring a large group of workers during a demonstration for universal suffrage bears his signature. Still active as a photographer in Lokeren in 1925.
