President: François Smaelen; vice-president: Louis Am Zehnhoff, who became president by January 1903; secretary: Maurice Wankenne. In 1904, honorary presidents: Alphonse de Thier and François Smaelen; president: Louis Am Zehnhoff; vice-president: Emile Ortmans; secretary: Maurice Wankenne; treasurer: Charles Closset; librarian: Alphonse Winandy; commissioners: J. Denis, Gilon and Jules Vivroux.
The club held an exhibition at the "Société des beaux-arts de Verviers" in March 1899. Further exhibitions in 1900 and 1902. Issued a monthly publication, "Le Photo", from January 1900 until July 1904, which was edited by Gilon until June 1900 and thereafter by Auguste Nicolet. 27 members in 1904. The club voted its own dissolution and incorporation into the ABP (a precedent set by the "Société Photographique de Courtrai" in 1897). The inaugural meeting of the ABP Verviers section took place on 20.1.1906, with 32 founder members.
