Georges Joseph David Edmond, ° 27.4.1865; + 29.11.1937. Engineer. Son of lawyer and writer Edmond Picard (1836-1924), of whom he made portraits that were reproduced in photogravure in Edmond Picard's work "Scènes de la vie judiciaire. La Forge Roussel", Brussels, F. Callewaert, 1884. Member of the "Cercle Photographique d’Ixelles" in 1909 when he was managing director of "S.A. des Papeteries de Virginal".
