Emile Julien, ° 18.3.1877. Husband of Palmire Nottez (° Huissignies, 14.6.1879; + Ladeuze, 11.12.1915). Recorded as a painter-decorator domiciled in Quaregnon when he arrived from Turbise on 17.6.1907 and in February 1910 at the birth of a son, then as a painter domiciled in Quaregnon on his wife's death certificate in December 1914. Subsequently recorded as a painter and photographer domiciled in Quaregnon at the occasion of his wedding to Emilie Wilpart (° Basècles, 18.8.1876) on 25.8.1917. A photograph dated 1917 bears the inscription "E. Plume - Wilpart, Photographe Quaregnon".
