Photographic supplies. "Monsieur Pottier has just opened a very handsome shop for the attention of Ostend's numerous photographers and the foreign colony" (undefined, 5.6.1913). Took refuge in France during World War I. Also photographic supplies at a subsequent address, Digue de Mer, 48 during the interwar period. Appears not to have had a portrait studio at either of these addresses. "Firm founded in 1906". Arthur's younger brother Georges published picture postcards of seagoing vessels in the interwar years.
