"All types of portraits; engravings, paintings, drawings copied. Stereoscopic and microscopic prints. Views of Tournai" (Le Courrier de l'Escaut, 29.10.1864). Under the headline "popular photography", Gauthier - Rincy announced that he was "unable to satisfy the numerous demands made on him for 25 centime portraits" (Le Courrier de l'Escaut, 1.2.1865). Stereo views of a train, maker's name transcribed as "Gauthier, Remy". There may also be a link to Gauthier, known as Remy, active in Li├Ęge in 1868 (see that name).
