Dieudonné Joseph, ° 24.8.1852; + 14.9.1892. Draughtsman. Left for the Congo in June 1890, where he was employed by the "Compagnie du Chemin de fer du Congo". Two of his photographs taken in December 1891 were published in "Le Congo Illustré" in 1892. One photograph depicts the Matadi train station and Governor Wahis, while the other depicts a very crowded Matadi pier at the time of the departure of the boat the "Akassa". A third photograph credited to Sadzot was published in "Le Congo Illustré" in 1893 and depicted the port of Matadi. Sadzot died only a few days after returning from the Congo in September 1892.
