Opening advertised in December 1887. On CV and in advertisements "Sartillo" with no forename or initial whereas "M." in Rozez directory, 1890. Photographer of the "Compagnie des Chemins de Fer du Nord". Most certainly related to Eug. Sartillo (see that name); the only offspring bearing the appropriate initial was his elder daughter Marie Anne Françoise (° Grammont, 30.4.1862; + Paris [F], 4.2.1896). She was recorded as an elementary school teacher in Grammont in February 1887 and had lived in Charleroi with her father before leaving for Mons in Mai 1890.
