Also transcribed Willem Frederik, ° 15.5.1815; + 18.1.1896. Operator and intinerant photographer. Previously recorded in the foreigners register in 1862 and in Malines in October 1864. He married on 19.11.1868 at the age of 57 [sic, for 53]. At his daughter's wedding in Brussels in March 1874, he was recorded as a photographer living in Ghent.

Previously active in Antwerp - Borgerhout, where he was registered on 12.12.1887 and then again on 12.11.1890 and 11.5.1894. He also resided in Ghent for a year in 1894. His death certificate recorded him as a "travelling photographer".
