Henri Clément, ° 28.8.1861; + 10.11.1941. Lieutenant in the second guides regiment; captain from 18.9.1897; captain-commander from 26.9.1900 and finally colonel from 9.7.1924. Member of the "Cercle Photographique d'Ixelles" in 1896-1898. At a balloon festival organised by the "Aéro-Club de Belgique" (see that entry) in July 1905, Soucy undertook photographic studies during the ascent of the hot air balloon "Aéro-Club n. 1" on 6.7.1905 (La Métropole, 7.7.1905).
