"Near the Museum of the Porte de Hal". Jacques Guillaume Théophile, ° 27.5.1835. His wife Léontine Van Wetter (° Heusden, 19.2.1824) was also a photographer. Member of the ABP from 13.4.1875. According to the population registry, he left in November 1880 and was removed in 1882. Steppe returned to Brussels in 1892 after a period living in Mechelen. He was a widower and had become a commercial traveller.
