Children a speciality". This association must have been brief. At no. 48, credit on mount, "Photo Studio / Director Maurice Stern". Listed at no. 26 also as "Sern" under photographic suppliers in the 1913 Monod directory. Stern continued to operate at no. 26 in the interwar period until at least 1936. He became the founding president of the "Union des Photographes Professionels Belges" in 1929.
