Simon Gustave, ° 18.11.1845; + January 1908. Electrician-optician. Photographic supplies. Recorded as a watchmaker domiciled in Chênée at the occasion of his wedding in Liège on 21.9.1874. Already running a business in electrical instruments in Liège at Place de l'Université, 60 in 1884-1889 and Rue Vinâve d'Ile, 1 in 1889-1899. Tart moved his business to Boulevard de la Sauvenière, 99 on 20.6.1899. By October 1905, he was advertising as an optician at Rue d'Amay, 16 and in June 1907 Tart moved to Rue des Clarisses, 19. Tart’s widow advertised soon after his death that she would be continuing her late husband's business at that address.
