Won second prize in a competition organised by the ABP under the patronage of the "Automobile Club de Belgique" in 1902. Won 8th prize with his photograph titled "Envoi de Nice (Fleurs)" in a competition organised in 1904 by the French magazine "Photo Pêle-Mêle". Member of the "Cercle photographique d'Ixelles" and joint vice-president in 1906. No longer a member in 1908.
