By the end of December 1911 it was reported that this organisation had been founded with seat at Gemeentestraat, 19 "Café Monico" (De Nieuwe Gazet, 25.12.1911). The foundation of this local body seems to have predated the national federation. In 1912, honorary president: Gustave Hermans; president: Gust. Buyle; secretary: Frantz Ginckels. In 1913, honorary president: Gustave Hermans; president: J. Tobie; vice-president: Ferd. Claes; secretary: Frantz Ginckels; treasurer: Ch. De Latin; committee members: J. Prévot and Antoine De Hont. In 1914, president: J. Tobie; secretary: Frantz Ginckels. Monthly meetings at the Avenue des Arts, 1 "Hôtel Wagner" by 1913.
