Jacobus Dominicus Wilhelmus, ° 5.7.1861; + 18.8.1943. Tradesman; previously recorded as a manager at his wedding on 14.2.1895. Gum prints, stereo views. Gave a demonstration at the "Cercle d'études photographiques et scientifiques d'Anvers" in July 1897 after reportedly having won a gold medal at a photography competition organised by the "Ligue Vélocipédique Belge" (Hélios Illustré, 1.8.1897). Member of the photography section of the "Katholieke Kring", 1904-1905. Autochromist from at least December 1909. Gave a slide show with autochromes of Antwerp Park and Zoo to the provisional committee of the 7th Olympiad on 18.2.1914. Secretary of the photographic section of the "Cercle artistique, littéraire et scientifique d'Anvers". Still a member of the ABP in 1922.
