° 15.5.1814; + 26.11.1877. Uncle of artist Vincent Van Gogh; family nickname "Hein". Art dealer. Advertising here by the end of December 1868. "French and foreign prints, paintings and watercolours" (L'Indépendance Belge", 1.1.1869).
