Joseph Alphonse, ° 10.7.1861; + 10.6.1944. At the time of his wedding, in 1887, he was recorded as a photographer's assistant in Brussels. He was then recorded as a journeyman living in Charleroi in October 1891. At about this time, beginning of a partnership with Arthur Frère (see entry for Frère, [Arthur] & Van Immerzeel, [Alphonse]).
