Jean Antoine, known as John, ° 19.6.1876; + 4.7.1963. Tailor and outfitter. Sometimes transcribed "Van Cutsem". Founder member of the "Cercle d'études photographiques et scientifiques d'Anvers"; president from 1912 until his resignation in 1919. Participant in the photography competition run by "Kring Lobelia" in November 1896. Member of the photography section of the "Katholieke Kring", 1904-1905. Still with CREPSA in 1922, when he was one of 14 members awarded lifetime membership. Active throughout the interwar period.
