Founded a printing works in partnership with his brother-in-law Eduard De Wolf in 1878. Founder and first editor of the newspaper "Gazet van Antwerpen" in 1891. Listed in the "Annuaire Berry" for 1904 (published in 1903) as a supplier or publisher of picture postcards at this address.
1909 - 1911 + Anvers, Borzestraat
Publisher of picture postcards signed "VO-DW", Antwerp. They were still being marketed after World War I even though the printing works had been acquired by a certain Vincent Van Dieren in 1913.
