Activity
1903 * - 1905 Liège, Rue de l'Université, 31
Successor: Le Photo-Comptoir
Léon Eugène Leopold, ° 1.1.1880. Sometimes spelled "Vander Voort" and erroneously transcribed as "Vandevont" in some sources. Photographic supplies. Described as the former manager of the Marynen firm in Brussels. Recorded as a tradesman domiciled in Liège at the occasion of his wedding to Marie Mélanie Marynen (° Brussels, 9.11.1884) in Brussels on 8.9.1903. Jean Marynen (see that name) was an uncle of the bride and witnessed the wedding. The business was offered up for sale in March 1905, so it is probable that Vandervoort's activity here ended shortly after. Still listed in 1906 directory.
