Paul "Emile" Walter, ° 20.12.1874; + 12.11.1925. Publisher of picture postcards. He was a brother of Ernest and Victor Veeck and was involved in running their Grandes Galeries Belges (see that name) at several locations. He was also the (co)proprietor of its predecessor in Antwerp: the Groote Bazar (see that name). Early postcards record his address as Rue Impériale, 24, but he was never officially domiciled at that address.
