° 28.1.1834. Probably the oldest photography firm still operating in Belgium today ("Studio Verhassel", Brussels - Schaerbeek). He took ambrotypes at this address. His wedding certificate of 11.4.1863 records his domicile as Brussels - Molenbeek.
