Michel Louis, ° 23.6.1875; + 14.1.1919. Already advertising at no.47 in July 1906 (Gazet van Antwerpen, 14.7.1906) and recorded there on 29.11.1907. At no. 10, c. 1912, "Atelier Albert" on recto, "M. Vitalis" on verso. The alternative denomination would appear to be in honour of his infant son Albert, born on 8.11.1907. Listed here until 1936.

About 1912, no. 153 was referred to as the main studio and Rue de l'Offrande, 10 as a branch. Vitalis died at this address, but the business was continued until at least 1925 when Vitalis’ widow put it up for sale. In any case, no longer listed at this address in 1927.
