Supposedly a branch of a Parisian studio. Advertising at this address in March 1914: "Mirror and frames factory... Free large coloured portrait with every order" (Gazet van Antwerpen, 29.3.1914). Florence De Clercq (° Lichtervelde, 27.8.1865; + Antwerp, 2.7.1936) was already running her business in frames and mirrors at this address in 1905. She advertised here as a photographer from 1919 onwards. "De Clercq (Huis)" [Huis = Firm] remained listed under photographers in the Ratinckx directory after Florence’s death until 1939.
