Louis Ferdinand Vrydaghs (° Antwerp, 14.11.1841; + Antwerp, 18.1.1902) became the leading shareholder in this firm operating mainly in the fields of printing, lithography and office supplies, having previously been a partner since 1885 when it was trading as Jos. Roeder & Cie. The firm seems to have expanded into photographic supplies soon afterwards, initially with Paul De Muyter (see that name) as representative. Still listed here in Mendel in 1902.
