"Hermann" Arnould and Corneille "Théodore" (° Koblenz [Prussia], 5.10.1868), twin sons of Arnold. Photographers, photomechanical printers and photograph dealers. Collotype printing works. "Artistic printing, archaeological and industrial work. 'In Memoriam' souvenirs, menus" [Rozez, 1896]. On the occasion of Théodore's wedding in Brussels on 25.10.1899, both brothers were described as printers. Whereas on the occasion of his wedding in Brussels on 1.5.1901, Hermann was recorded as a photographer resident at this address whilst his brother Théodore was described as a printer.
1909 - 1914 Bruxelles - Uccle, Avenue des Chalets, 15-25
Collotype printing and photoengraving, under the trade name "Photométachrome Compagnie". "Same firm in London and Rotterdam. Collotype, photoengraving and photolithography in black and white and colour" [Mertens, 1912]. Patent for "a process of manufacturing lithographic printing plates for photography", 1913. Collotype prints on posters up to 58 x 44 cm, 1914.
