Camille Désiré Emile, ° 16.10.1850; + 21.8.1923. Consulting engineer. Father of Emile Winssinger (see that name). He graduated from the University of Liège in 1874. Founder member of the ABP, he was vice-president of the Brussels section. Not an ABP member from 1884 to October 1898. His townhouse in Brussels - Saint Gilles, Rue de l'Hôtel des Monnaies, 66 was designed by Victor Horta in 1894-1897 and has recently been renovated. Still a member of the ABP in 1922.
