Harry Hugo, ° 6.7.1881. Arrived at this address (no. 14) on 1.6.1904. No. 14 in single directory listing in 1906, no. 12 in the following newspaper report of a violent explosion in his studio. "Wolf [sic] was preparing to take a snapshot of three young ladies in his ground-floor studio when an assistant, mixing potassium chloride and magnesium, precipitated a fire followed by an explosion. The material damage is considerable" (Le Peuple, 21.6.1905). It is possible that the studio did not re-open. Removed from the population register on 29.6.1906.
