First pupil, then assistant in the Engineering Corps in 1894. Enthousiastic member of the Namur section of the ABP (talks, articles). Landscapes and lively scenes. Slide presentation at the "Exposition de Sites et des Monuments de Namur", 1897. The "Bulletin de l'ABP" published several of his articles: "Stripping negatives", 1898; "On viewfinders used in photography", 1899; "Gelatine-bromide and collodion", 1900; "On the influence of aperture on the sharpness of photographic images", 1902.
1902 - 1904 Ypres
Transferred to the Antwerp section of the ABP.
1910 Anvers
A recent series of slides by Rousseau was shown at a presentation about the future "Nachtegalenpark" in Antwerp in October 1910.
