Barthelemy Marie, ° 12.4.1825. Handwritten label signed with surname affixed to the back of a CV showing Mont Saint-Martin in Liège taken from Boulevard de la Sauvenière and a panorama SV of Bruges. Turgard was established in Paris, Rue du Plateau, 15, in 1863-1867. He had links to Brussels where he witnessed a daughter's wedding certificate in September 1863. Turgard was also the author of a series of stereo views of Belgium and the Rhineland, commercialised by Gaudin in Paris, identified with the initials "B.T." or "T".
