Philippe Jacques Otto, ° 25.11.1853; + 22.5.1925. Geography teacher. Former director of the Panorama International (see that name). Listed for his magic lantern projections and scientific projections at this address in 1900. Gave a conference with slide projections on 8.6.1901 in the Eden theatre in Charleroi with views of England, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Norway and the Transvaal. Lantern slides exist that bear his name and this address. Still advertising magic lantern projections here in January 1903 (Le Patriote, 18.1.1903).
